Sizing:

◼️M 13"-18"
(13"-20" when attached to compatible e-collar strap)
⬛️L 17"-22"
(16"-24" when attached to compatible e-collar strap)

This item includes the female end and buckle for adjusting.  Again, it DOES NOT include the body of the collar. Comes with black hardware only.
